What the counter will not sell you

The shelves carry supplies for pools, spas and swim spas from name brands the staff already trust, and Google reviewers keep naming the people behind the counter. One Google reviewer put it this way after switching her pool over to Baquacil on their advice.

If the shelf is not the answer, the water might be. The counter tests samples for free, and the result tells you what to buy and what to leave alone. Bring a sample from a foot under the surface, 8 to 12 ounces, and ask for the balance.

Jacuzzi True Water: Jacuzzi's nanobubble water care for its hot tubs, which the maker describes as 99.999% chlorine-free.
Jacuzzi SmartTub: Jacuzzi's connected control system for its hot tubs.
Baquacil: A biguanide pool system, one of the four chemistries the counter tests water for.

Covers and furniture for the hot tub you already have

Hot tub accessories live at the same counter as the chemicals: Smartop covers that replace a worn-out lid, and surround furniture for the deck around the tub. A Smartop install on a swim spa earned the crew a Google review from Richard Kaiser.
