Repairs for tubs that will not heat, pumps that roar, leaks, lights and jets, plus checkups, covers, trade-ins and moving.
The repair list is the one a hot tub owner actually lives with: a tub that is not heating, loud pumps, leaks, lights that have gone out and jets that have lost their push.
Describe what the tub is doing when you call either showroom, and mention the brand and how old the tub is. That is the quickest way to get the right person on the repair.
Ongoing cleaning and checkups can be weekly, monthly or situational, depending on how much you want handed off. A drain and clean is recommended every 3-6 months.
Covers wear out on their own schedule. Replacement comes in three kinds: a smart top, a monster cover or a standard cover. Whichever you choose, the cover is the first thing between the water and a Missouri winter.
In-shop repair is by appointment only, winter months only, with a $1000 minimum charge. Professional hot tub moving is available when a tub has to go somewhere else.

Five symptoms, one repair list
Not heating
Whether water is moving freely past the heater, how clogged the filter is, and what the heater and its controls are doing.
Loud pumps
Where the noise starts: starved water flow, air in the lines, or a pump that is wearing out.
Leaks
A leak has to be located before it can be fixed, so the tech works from the wet spot back through fittings, pumps and plumbing.
Lights
Whether the problem is the light itself, its connection or the power feeding it.
Jets
A weak or dead jet usually comes down to the filter, the water level, a closed valve or the pump behind it.
