Family owned in Columbia for over three decades, now on the lake too

Columbia Pool & Spa is a family owned and operated pool builder and Jacuzzi hot tub dealer. It started on Business Loop 70 in Columbia and, in 2026, opened a second showroom on Osage Beach Parkway.

1992

The year the business was founded in Columbia. Everything below stacks on top of it.

Founded in Columbia

The business was founded in Columbia, MO in 1992 and is family owned and operated. Over three decades it has become a builder of shotcrete, fiberglass and vinyl-lined pools, a Jacuzzi hot tub dealer, and a service team for both.

The company is a PebbleTec Certified Pool Builder through Pebble Technology International, and it says it is honored to be recognized as one of mid-Missouri’s best pool construction companies. Pool prices are never posted: each one is a custom bid after a design consultation.

The Business Loop 70 showroom

The Columbia showroom at 1200 Business Loop 70 W carries Jacuzzi hot tubs, swim spas, saunas and cold plunge tubs, plus pool supplies and a counter where free water tests happen. Out front, a fiberglass rectangle and a kidney shell sit on the patio as display pools.

The Lake of the Ozarks, 2026

In 2026 the family expanded to Osage Beach and opened a brand new showroom at 4195 Osage Beach Pkwy. Lake customers can now see the Jacuzzi line and bring in a water sample without driving to Columbia. The Osage Beach team can be reached at (573) 878-5152. See the Osage Beach page for hours.

Pools that stay level and tight

The shotcrete shells are built with half-inch steel tied on 9-inch centers and gravel drainage around the wall, because mid-Missouri soil moves. More of the finished work is in the gallery, and the build order is on the shotcrete pools page.
